  1. a big mouth: is a person who cannot keep a secret
  2. a big head: has a high opinion of himself/herself
  3. a globetrotter: travels a lot
  4. a swot: studies too much
  5. a loner: does not like other people’s company
  6. a lunatic/ a loony/ a psycho: is crazy or mad
  7. a pest/ a pain: is an annoying person
  8. a doormat/ a pushover: is very easy to persuade
  9. a babe: is a good-looking, attractive woman
  10. a hunk: is a handsome, muscular man
  11. a has been: is not as famous as he/she once was
  12. a layabout/ a slob: is a lazy and untidy person
  13. a crook: is dishonest
  14. a moron/ a twit/ a prat/ a wally: is a stupid person
  15. a creep: tries to impress people to get something he/she wants

 

  Exercise: Can you match the type of person and the belonging description?

 

  1. a spoilsport/ a wet blanket                a. knows a lot about boring facts
